This formula allows to generate incomes for the total number of rooms participating in the program, with an equitable revenue margin with Tanusas, generating an optimal return on your investment.

The projection for 2020 is made with the average rate of $ 144 per night, only accommodation.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM TIMEFRAME SET TO PARTICIPATE IN THE VILLA RENTAL PROGRAM?
The minimum timeframe set to participate in the program is 3 calendar years. Equivalent to 915 nights per room.

The estimated return per room is related to three factors, general hotel occupancy, rate and number of rooms participating in the program.

The rental program is available to owners who paid 100% of the property.

Tanusas Hotel guarantees a return value per room of $ 2,000 within the first year of operation (before 2021). From the second year on, the percentage can significantly increase.
